Dana Zenobi, Soprano

Dana Zenobi is a compelling and versatile performer who has garnered success in operatic roles ranging from Mozart heroines Konstanze and Donna Elvira to Verdi’s Violetta Valéry, and has earned national recognition as an interpreter of Art Song by women composers. Currently based in Indianapolis, IN, she is an active recitalist and concert soloist, and is on the faculty at Butler University, where she teaches Vocal Pedagogy, Diction, Opera Literature, and Art Song Literature.

“Her coloratura dazzles; her phrasing is irresistible and melting. Zenobi is a soprano to listen for.”

I’ve learned so much having worked with Dr. Zenobi! I haven’t progressed as much in the many years
of vocal study as I have with Dr. Zenobi these past two semesters. She’s really great at adjusting her
teaching method for the needs of individual students.
